Two Rivers Martial Arts has seven locations in central Iowa and three in Missouri. Classes are taught at each of these locations by TRMA black belt instructors. Advanced students from all branches attend Brown/Black Belt Class Friday nights at 6:00 PM at the Two Rivers Hub, 2017 Southlawn Drive in Des Moines, Iowa near the corner of Fleur and Southlawn.
Brown/Black Belt Class is longer than a typical class and offers experienced students an opportunity to work together on advanced techniques. During this class students spend more time on free sparring and self-defense techniques than is possible during a typical class.
